Millie has been jealous lately of the new attention stealer. It's taking some getting used to. She's doing her stand trick in the bottom pic. She's been really good around her.

A few days shy of a month
Thought I'd post a few new pics. Clara will be a month old on Wed. next week. She weighed a little over 11 lbs at her last doctor's appt. Unfortunately she has an infection called Thrush so we're treating that with medicine that turns her mouth a purple blue color. She's been holding her head up and is verly alert! She'll be walking and driving before I know it!!!

Another pic. of Clara
Here's some pics off my phone. As I said last time I have a bunch more, just haven't had time to upload them yet! The two top ones are her in her sleep sack... the bottom one is her in her white and purple footed pjs. We've started putting her to bed in those rather than wraping her in a blanket. She likes to wiggle around too much and I don't think she likes being confined.

Whew... ok time to play catch up on here
A lot has happened since the last post. I'm now officially a father!!! Lagenna gave birth to our daughter on Mon (7/26). Clara was 9 lbs 5.5 oz. She is absolutely amazing and I am truly blessed to have these wonderful women in my life!!!
Here's a rundown of the pics.
There's Lagenna. We went to Red Robin for lunch after church Sunday. She was starting to have contractions early that morning. They got stonger as the day went on. About midnight was when she really started laboring. We stayed up all night and around 6 in the morning we went to the hospital. It's all a blur know, and looking back, for me, it went quick. But at the time it really did seem like it was never going to happen. Lagenna did an awesome job, she handled it very well and I am extremely proud of her!
This is our daughter Clara Elaine! She was a week and 5 days over due... but she came when she was ready and she's perfect (in my opinion). It's sooo incredible to hold her. I don't know how to describe the sensation. It's just amazing to hold someone that is completely dependent on you, and that you can see your traits in. Everytime I hold her the harder it is to let her go! Words cannot describe how proud I feel of my family!
Anyway... I have a ton more pics that I'll try and load shortly. Just wait till she starts crawling... I'll max out the blog with pics I'm sure!!!!
